Scope

This notice covers the website devopzone.net. Each of our products has its own privacy policy, published on that product’s website or App Store page; those policies govern the data the products process.

Who is responsible

The controller for personal data processed through this website is DevOpZone EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria. You can reach us at zeck@devopzone.net.

What this website collects

This site has no cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no embedded content and no forms. It loads no fonts, scripts or images from third parties.

Like any web server, our hosting provider records standard access logs — IP address, date and time, requested page, browser user agent and referring page — to deliver the site and keep it secure. We use these logs only for operating and protecting the site, and they are kept for a limited period set by the hosting provider.

When you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you put in the message. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation, and we delete it when it is no longer needed for that purpose or for a legal obligation. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us, or steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.

Processors

The website is hosted by Hostinger, which acts as our processor for server logs. Email is handled by our email provider on our behalf. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to zeck@devopzone.net and we will answer within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg); you may also contact the authority in the EU country where you live or work.

Changes

If this notice changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
